– One bedroom, located on the first, second and third floor facing west. They have spacious rooms with a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet. We have provided a closet/wardrobe in each apartment for your further convenience.
– Two-bedroom apartments located on each of the floors. They are designed with spacious rooms with living room with dining area, bedroom with bathroom and toilet, children’s bedroom, separate toilet, hallway, hallway, and terrace. Each of the apartments has a closet/wardrobe for more convenience.
– Four-room apartments, located on the east side of the fourth floor. They have a huge living room with dining area, bedroom with bathroom and toilet, separate toilet, another bathroom with toilet, children’s bedroom, corridor, hallway, and a spacious east terrace with amazing views of the city and mountains. We have also designed a roomy office where you can work from home.
We are happy to share that Building 1 is already fully taken from its new owners, who look forward to moving into their new home between the city and the mountains. Happy with this fact, we are working at full speed to ensure that they move into their dream home very soon.
Building 1 has completely new external insulation, and we rebuilt all its terraces and roofs. The interior plaster is now ready everywhere, and the inside is completely plastered, except for the common areas and floor 2, which will be ready very soon. In the meantime, we are working on the small terraces, the exterior plaster on the west and north part of Building 1, and on Building 2’s open terraces too. We can also boast of the successful doors’ installation in Building 1, except for the second floor, where we have just a little bit more work. Since we want everything to be finished to the last detail, we made the bathrooms cases of each of the apartments.
