Markovo Vita Nova is the new gated complex in the village of Markovo, located at the foot of the Rhodope Mountains.
It includes 2 apartment buildings with 20 apartments in each, as well as 8 large houses. At the moment all the buildings are finished,
in exploitation and populated.

and the houses will be commissioned by 01.05.2023.
As of September 2022, the houses have issued
act 14, and the construction for their completion
is in progress.
It includes 28-56 townhouses.
The start of construction is expected in mid-2023.
For the convenience and comfort of the residents of the complex,
the construction is planned to be carried out through a separate transport artery,
which is independent of the one used by the residents of the complex.
